PeopleSoft HCM Talent Acquisition Manager

Title: PeopleSoft HCM Talent Acquisition Manager

Location: Remote

We're seeking a talented PeopleSoft HCM Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the configuration, implementation, and management of the Talent Acquisition module within the PeopleSoft HCM system.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the customization and configuration of the PeopleSoft HCM Talent Acquisition module to align with our organization's recruitment strategies and hiring processes.
  • Collaborate with HR leaders, hiring managers, and system administrators to understand talent acquisition goals, workforce planning needs, and recruitment metrics.
  • Implement and manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes within the PeopleSoft HCM system, including job requisition management, candidate sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Design and develop customizations and enhancements within the Talent Acquisition module to support unique recruitment requirements and business objectives.
  • Provide leadership and direction to recruitment teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, compliance standards, and diversity initiatives.
  • Oversee the integration of talent acquisition data with other HCM modules and organizational systems to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
  • Monitor recruitment activities and performance metrics, analyzing trends and identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
  • Stay updated with the latest PeopleSoft HCM features, enhancements, and best practices related to talent acquisition and recruitment.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment management, with a focus on using PeopleSoft HCM or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment principles, methodologies, and best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and employer branding.
  • Demonstrated experience in configuring and implementing the PeopleSoft HCM Talent Acquisition module, including setup, configuration, and customization for recruitment workflows and candidate management.
  • Knowledge of recruitment compliance requirements, such as equal employment opportunity (EEO) regulations and data privacy laws.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to lead recruitment teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in talent acquisition or PeopleSoft HCM are a plus.
