Job Overview

As a Pre-Sales Engineer Manager, you will be pivotal in our sales process, working closely with our Sales and Product teams to understand client needs, develop tailored solutions, and demonstrate the value of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with our Sales team to understand client requirements and pain points. Develop and deliver tailored demonstrations and presentations that address their challenges.
  • Solution Design: Create and present customized demonstrations and proofs of concept (PoCs) that highlight the benefits of our solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Gain deep knowledge of our products, features, and integrations. Provide expert guidance to clients, addressing technical questions and objections.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management and Engineering teams. Offer feedback from client interactions to inform product enhancements and roadmap decisions.
  • Sales Support: Assist in creating proposals, responding to RFPs/RFIs, and preparing competitive analyses. Provide insights to help our Sales team develop effective strategies.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, earning their trust and fostering long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (certifications in relevant technologies are a plus).
  • 3-5 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role, preferably within SaaS Technology.
  • Proven experience in delivering successful demonstrations, PoCs, and presentations that drive sales.
  • Strong technical proficiency and a passion for learning new technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and inspire confidence.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with ERP solutions and the ERP space is a plus
