Private Credit Associate

A New York-based alternative asset manager focused on global credit markets is seeking a Private Credit Associate to join the Direct Lending team in New York, NY. The firm's investment approach combines fundamental research with trading and risk analytics to target attractive opportunities across public and private asset classes. The direct lending strategy is focused on the top of the capital structure to high-quality, middle market borrowers in industries with strong fundamentals, backed by deep sector-based research. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• 2-4+ years of investment banking or private credit investing experience
• Demonstrated academic excellence
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with a keen attention to detail
