Procurement Manager -- Remote | WFH

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Procurement Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in sourcing, procuring, and overseeing vendors through a streamlined purchasing process.

Key Responsibilities

Source and procure vendors in various technology categories including hardware, software, telecom, and cloud services.

Negotiate and manage complex agreements to optimize cost savings, quality, and delivery.

Collaborate with stakeholders across different business units to understand purchasing needs and outsourcing requirements.

Conduct value and financial analyses to identify opportunities for cost savings and alternative suppliers.

Manage vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with company policies and performance metrics.

Facilitate the execution of RFI's and RFP's, overseeing the purchasing processes from start to finish.

Support risk management programs and contribute to supply chain quality policies and plans.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.

Experience in negotiating and managing B2B services; background screening industry experience is a plus.
