Job Overview

As a Video Producer, you will play a crucial role in the development and execution of video projects from concept to completion. Your organizational skills, creative vision, and technical expertise will be essential in managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire video production process, including pre-production, production, and post-production.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project objectives, target audience, and key messages.
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and production schedules.
  • Coordinate and manage video shoots, including location scouting, talent casting, and equipment needs.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
  • Ensure all video content adheres to industry regulations and agency guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in video production techniques and technologies.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Communications, Media Production, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in video production, within an agency setting is highly preferred.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Understanding of production processes, including budgeting, scheduling, editing, and resource management.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of health and wellness industry trends and regulations is a plus.
