Location: New York City (Hybrid: 2 days remote, 3 days in-office)
Role Overview
Raycon seeks a Product Manager to lead our Audio roadmap and drive end-to-end product ownership. This is a unique opportunity for a data-driven professional to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Vision & Strategy: Shape the future of Raycon’s Audio products, expanding current categories and exploring new opportunities
Execution: Drive KPIs, product requirements, packaging development, user research, and overseas partner management
Cross-functional Coordination: Work with marketing, sales, design, digital media, and analytics teams to craft compelling product stories
Reporting: Manage trade-offs, escalate issues, and report on development progress, milestones, and risks
Market Understanding: Analyze customer reviews, product returns, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree or higher
3-5+ years in product management, preferably in consumer electronics
Proven track record in managing complex projects and product development
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to achieve ambitious goals
Excellent problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making
Strong communication and inspirational leadership skills
Passionate and driven, with a good sense of humor

Raycon is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Salary ranges are determined through alignment with market data. Base salary offered is determined by a number of factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills. This role is also eligible for bonus compensation and employee benefits.
NYC Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $115,000 USD
