Project Business Analyst

These individuals are responsible for leading the connectivity efforts that help ensure customers can successfully connect to and complete transactions on the Network. The successful candidates will be responsible for building relationships with internal and external customers, managing certification projects (supporting network connectivity, facilitating the implementation of customers and solutions in production that enable card acceptance), and professionally representing the team to all customers (internal and external).

Required Skills and Experience

• 3 years of experience in project management, analysis or operational experience
• Client management experience - communicating project details to internal and external stakeholders
• Project planning experience

Internal Notes:

• Candidate needs to be both business-centric and technically inclined

o Willing to train on technical requirements, but needs to have an overall understanding of technical processes, ability to collaborate with engineering partners, analyze data and its impact on the customer experience

• This role is client facing and these candidates need to have experience working with external business partners and internal stakeholders in IT and Non-IT

Pay:

$35hr - $40hr
