Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position can be worked remotely. The qualified applicant will become part of Peraton's Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Infrastructure Managed Services (IMS) Program, for the US Coast Guard (CG). This initiative is modernizing and consolidating the operational environment under a common technology framework in order to better support the services provided to CGs customers.
Coordinate equipment delivery and scheduling between equipment staging, Network Operations Center (NOC), and field personnel
Validates equipment refresh checklist completion
Submit requests for change enablement and adhere to established processes related to equipment refreshes
Assist with project documentation and managing project files
Ensure complete and accurate data entry into approved Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
Provide reports, checklists, process guides as applicable to equipment refresh stakeholders
Ensure regular update of dashboards and reports related to equipment refresh
Assist with all equipment lifecycle refreshes, supporting the coordination of equipment delivery, standup of meetings, setup of installation conference calls, and validation of asset additions and removals from the CMDB.
Capture meeting minutes for support of daily stand ups, briefs, and other meetings and presentations related to equipment technical refresh
Assists the Project Manager, Technical Lead in organizing, implementing and maintaining a scheduling management system and repository supporting the project plan.
Maintains project time-lines and maintains a list of tasks and the status of each task.
Receives schedule updates and input from the Project Manager or Technical Lead
Provides scheduled reports for contract deliverables and reporting purposes.
Communicates with Technical Refresh Stakeholders and Project Resources to schedule work and to coordinate task assignments.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
BS/BA degree and 0 years experience or HS Diploma/equivalent and minimum of four (4) years experience
U.S. Citizenship required; must have a minumum of a Secret (or higher) security clearance
Demonstrated experience supporting projects, capturing meeting minutes, coordinating equipment delivery, and tracking status of tasks
Demonstrated experience with Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams
Target Salary Range
$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
