Learn and adopt Stand Strong Fence structured operational & sales processes and complete required training. Manage operational processes, project workflow, production, and quality control. Present and sell the features and benefits of Stand Strong Fence products, continually prospect for new customers through networking, referrals, and effective follow-up and set and maintain the required number of appointments to meet/exceed sales goals.
Incentive based compensation, determined by the success of the individual Project Manager. Average compensation could potentially exceed $100,000/annually.
Primary Responsibilities
- Professionally represent Stand Strong Fence
- Develop expertise in product knowledge, technical knowledge, industry and process knowledge in relevant product areas.
- Oversee job pipeline and respective project workflows
- Schedule production with customers and install crews
- Coordinate material orders and procurement
- Manage subcontractor(s)/installer(s)
- Oversee project install and quality control standards are upheld
- Ensure fence layouts are to customer specifications and communicated effectively to install crew
- Work with install team leaders to understand, explain and analyze client requirements.
- Ensure that all team members operate in a safe and efficient manner
- Confirm and qualify booked appointments, generate organic leads, provide consultative customer appointments, generate accurate estimates, professionally and comprehensively present proposal to property owner/representative
- Perform organic lead generation strategies and activities
- Maintain a thorough understanding of marketplace, competitors, and industry trends in order to identify new business and marketing opportunities.
- Develop product reference documents and product materials for customers.
- Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing sales calls and appointments.
- Create and maintain a product marketing plan for increasing sales and revenue.
- Demonstrate products to consumers.
- Address potential client queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform basic record keeping and data entry to ensure proper tracking of sales and client needs/inquiries.
- Interacts with clients and co-workers in a pleasant and professional manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Home service experience is a plus

- Basic computer skills and proficiency with the internet
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to treat others with respect and gain trust and respect from subordinates and supervisors
- Exceedingly positive in his/her work attitude
- Valid driver’s license
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:
- Occasionally out in the field knocking on doors and engaging with business owners.
- Stand; walk; sit; twist; use hands to handle; reach with hands and arms; push; pull; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk and hear.
- Work outside in elements and varying seasons
- Lift, move, and hold up to approximately 100 lbs.
- Must be able to drive a motor vehicle for extended time periods.
