Project Manager

Our client, a boutique digital marketing agency, is looking for a client-facing project manager to join their team! This person will be working on a key account, helping their automotive client deliver engaging content through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to hone their account management & client-facing skills and work on a global name-brand account!

This role is remote- with a high preference for someone commutable to NYC. Candidates must be located in EST time zone. This is a 6-9 month contract role with the potential to extend.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of designers & copywriters delivering monthly content in the form of newsletters
• Liaise with client and team, ensuring utmost client satisfaction
• Hold weekly meetings with clients to discuss content and deliverables

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a digital agency setting
• Excellent client-facing communication skills- must be comfortable liaising directly with the client and having dynamic conversations about the project
• Familiarity with digital marketing projects- especially newsletters and email campaigns
• Experience working on projects for Automotive clients is a huge plus
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
