QA Assurance Analyst

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per annum

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of project experience

About the role:

• Design, execute, and refine comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications
• Identify and report software defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution
• Validate data integrity and accuracy using SQL and scripting languages
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness
• Drive continuous improvement within the QA team by optimizing methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Actively participate in Agile development processes to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software
• Document test plans, test cases, and test results, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 0-3 years of experience in quality assurance, testing, or related roles
• Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG
• Proficiency in scripting languages, including Python or JavaScript
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new concepts and technologies
