Zilliant is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Performance Testing Automation QA to join our Engineering team. In this role, you will focus on ensuring the performance, scalability, and reliability of our software products by designing, developing, and executing automated performance test scripts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance issues, ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards of performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated performance test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks
• Conduct performance, load, stress, and scalability testing to evaluate software performance and identify potential bottlenecks
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured performance test plans and test cases. Execute automated performance tests and analyze results to ensure software performance and reliability
• Identify, document, and track performance-related software defects and inconsistencies. Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and verify fixes
• Integrate automated performance tests into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure continuous performance testing and delivery
• Work closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to understand performance requirements, design test strategies, and ensure alignment with project goals
• Monitor system performance during testing and analyze results to provide actionable insights and recommendations for performance improvements

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on performance test automation
• Proficiency in performance testing tools and frameworks such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar. Experience with scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript
• Strong experience in creating and maintaining performance test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools and practices
• Demonstrated ability to identify, document, and troubleshoot performance issues effectively
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of cloud-based environments and performance testing in cloud-native applications
• Experience with performance monitoring tools such as New Relic, Dynatrace, or similar
