About This Role
This position will provide support to the PCA program to ensure documentation of client’s needs meets DHS requirements.
Requirements
1-year experience working with individuals having developmental disabilities
Experience working with Waivered Services and/or PCA is a plus
Maintain excellent communication with families, counties, and state agencies
Advanced communication skills both written and oral
Ability to organize and prioritize
Ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail
Maintain a high standard of professional courtesy, flexibility, confidentiality while working in a fast-paced office environment, independently and as a team member.
Advanced skills in the use of office technology, including MS Office Suite with advanced skills in Word Excel and Outlook.
