Job Description

  • MUST BE BILINGUAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH
  • Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
  • Assists with job posting and advertising processes.
  • Schedules training in conjunction with Training and Onboarding Coordinators.
  • Prepares progress reports and possible strategies for weekly meetings with departmental managers.
  • Communicates with the Training and Onboarding Supervisor regarding any complications incoming applicants may face.
  • Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
