Cambria desires a dynamic Regional Business Manager to oversee the development and management for Regional Claims Managers and Field Service Specialist across North America. This role is responsible for indirectly leading a team to deliver the Cambria experience to the end consumer.


This position calls for a working leader with extensive experience directing a team of key individuals to effectively manage and resolve customer issues, analyze key indicators of customer performance and provide recommendations to leadership. This is a key role that requires the right balance of mentorship, engagement in regular business reviews achieving excellence. This motivating leader must possess critical thinking skills and guide fast implementation and measurement.


In addition, the Regional Business Manager will analyze KPI’s of customer performance and provide recommendations working with fabricators to ensure the Cambria experience is being delivered to the end consumer.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement programs and initiatives that will drive our partners to deliver the Cambria experience to the end consumer
  • Regularly communicate with leadership to understand the business dynamics and needs
  • Make recommendations for action plans and new promotions building value-added partnerships
  • Continually evaluate business performance, identify opportunities for improvement with measurable goals
  • Lead, mentor, and coach the team on a consistent basis
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Passionate, driven and ability to maintain a positive attitude
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Experience leading a team with direct reports
  • Strong process and project management skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external parties
  • Excellent attention-to-detail
  • Proven customer relationship and conflict resolution skill


​Minimum Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field, Master’s Degree a plus

Experience: 5-10 years’ experience in Account Management, previous management experience is required

Systems: Advanced computer technology skills, Google Suites, knowledge of Salesforce and AutoCAD is a plus


Additional Requirements:

Managerial Responsibilities: Indirectly manage a staff of Regional Product Representatives and Field Service Technicians. Be responsible for the everyday tactical and administrative duties such as timecards. Provide input to direct manager of performance and behaviors.

Travel Requirements: Up to 40% to other Cambria distribution centers locations

Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 pounds of Cambria samples or other Cambria materials
