This program educates individuals looking to make a change in how the everyday person views branding a product for a company.
Responsibilities of the Retail Sales Associate:
Provide excellent customer service both in the office and during retail interactions
Cultivate and maintain brand awareness in the community
Assist with processes such as quote/contract generation for potential new leads
Support customer engagement through direct sales strategies
Stay up to date on clients' product offerings and new sales and customer service tactics
Attend daily meetings - attendance is required
Attributes for Success for the Retail Sales Associate:
Ethical and honest self-starter with a positive, proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude
The ability to follow through and prioritize
Must be available for immediate hire
Must be able to work full-time
Must be able to communicate well with others & enjoy working with people
Must be at least 18 years of age
Willing to work evenings and weekends when necessary
Be willing to cross-train in other positions
