Sales Associate
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our innovative digital marketing and creative services agency. Our specialization lies in website design & hosting, digital marketing solutions, and creative services, primarily catering to the Real Estate industry. As we continue to expand our reach, your skills and drive will play a vital role in our success.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories or market segments. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives to effectively position our services and solutions.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide tailored solutions to meet clients' specific requirements. Educate clients on the benefits of our website design & hosting, digital marketing, and creative services offerings.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotes, and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our services. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals align with client expectations and business objectives.
- Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipelines and accurately forecast sales revenue. Utilize CRM software to track and update sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Use market insights to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and project management, to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional client experiences.
- Travel Requirements: Be willing to travel extensively to meet with clients, attend industry events, and participate in conferences or trade shows as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years Sales Experience with a proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the digital marketing or creative services industry; experience selling to Real Estate Owners/Operators a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand and articulate technical concepts.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to a remote work environment.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
