Bolt is seeking a SDR to join our team to drive our merchant sales for the Bolt Ignite product. This is an exciting opportunity to not only have a significant impact on our company’s growth, but also to create the playbook for the strategic sales business development process.
We’re looking for someone with a proven track-record of building and deepening relationships with enterprise merchants, brands and retailers in the U.S. In this role, you will collaborate directly with our Strategic sales team to build and manage a pipeline of enterprise merchants that ultimately lead to new business and new revenue.
This role is for self-starters and entrepreneurial-minded individuals who are long-term strategic thinkers while also versatile in being able to execute near-term objectives. You are a good fit for this position if you are a goal-oriented overachiever, inherently positive, and willing to explore new paths that require rapid-learning.
Responsibilities
Generate new business leads and opportunities for the strategic sales team
Lead initial outreach to prospects targeting key decision makers and stakeholders at the Director or C-level with the goal of scheduling a first meeting
Support thorough stakeholder mapping efforts to provide personalized, relevant outreach
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective prospecting messaging and strategies
Manage leads through the sales pipeline by setting meetings, following up on leads, and tracking progress towards sales goals
Ensure successful internal handoff of opportunities to the strategic sales team
Ideal Qualifications
Excellent communication and presentation skills
3+ years of professional experience ideally in a selling role to enterprise merchants
Willingness to lead a high volume of outbound activity every day while maintaining a positive and energetic attitude
Experience using HubSpot
Self-starter who works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Estimated cash OTE for this role: $130-140k
