We need to add one more consultant due to consistent increased volume of sales and traffic!

Responsibilities - Sales Consultant

  • Greet customer and determine make, type, and quality of vehicle desired.
  • Explain features and demonstrate operation of vehicle in showroom or on road.
  • Suggest optional equipment for customer to purchase.
  • Ensure that each customer has an exceptional dealership experience.
  • Meet dealership sales goals.
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
  • Complete paperwork accompanying vehicle sales.
  • Work with the customer from start to finish throughout the buying process.
  • Engage in business development.
  • Address customer concerns.

Qualifications And Requirements - Sales Consultant

  • Prior automotive sales experience is required. We offer Volvo specific training and additional training that will prepare you for sales at our dealership. Our CRM is E-Lead and this is the database tool you will utilize to maintain your prospects and customers.
  • Professional appearance and strong communications skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Proven track record.
  • Strong record of positive customer service results with customer focused attitude.
  • Self-motivated and a team player.
  • Upload resume and complete online assessment for immediate consideration.
  • Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record.
