Responsibilities - Sales Consultant
Greet customer and determine make, type, and quality of vehicle desired.
Explain features and demonstrate operation of vehicle in showroom or on road.
Suggest optional equipment for customer to purchase.
Ensure that each customer has an exceptional dealership experience.
Meet dealership sales goals.
Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
Complete paperwork accompanying vehicle sales.
Work with the customer from start to finish throughout the buying process.
Engage in business development.
Address customer concerns.
Qualifications And Requirements - Sales Consultant
Prior automotive sales experience is required. We offer Volvo specific training and additional training that will prepare you for sales at our dealership. Our CRM is E-Lead and this is the database tool you will utilize to maintain your prospects and customers.
Professional appearance and strong communications skills.
Basic computer skills.
Proven track record.
Strong record of positive customer service results with customer focused attitude.
Self-motivated and a team player.

Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
Valid driver's license with good driving record.
