Secured Credit Manager

I am looking for a Secured Credit Manager in Ohio! (REMOTE but in OHIO)This leadership position is responsible for directing and managing all facets of the Secured Credit Department, with a mission to monitor collateral for the bank's larger and more complex commercial accounts. You will carry out the Secured Credit Department's mission of independently monitoring collateral on certain loans within the Corporate Banking and Business Solutions portfolios.

Responsible For

Appraisal management, construction loan advance approval, secured (asset-based) lending monitoring, and dealer floor plan administration.

Must have experience with Construction draw management, dealer floor plans, Real Estate and construction Loans, secured lending!!

• Bachelors degree in accounting or equivalent work experience
• Ability to understand and analyze financial statements
