Job Summary:** The Apartment Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing routine maintenance, unit turns, make-readies, and special projects for a 200-unit property in a Garden Style Apartment Complex. This position will report to the Property Manager with direction from the Regional Supervisor and Regional Property Manager.
Responsibilities:**
Provide leadership and guidance to a team of technicians and workers.
Oversee and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion.
Coordinate and schedule work assignments for the team.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and project success.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Fabricate and install low voltage and high voltage electrical systems.
Qualifications:**
Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of low voltage and high voltage electrical systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Additional Information:**
Experience Level: 5 years
Schedule: Monday to Friday, plus participation in an on-call rotation for nights and weekends
