This role is responsible for the architectural design, development, and implementation of cost-effective operational and application solutions to support ongoing business requirements associated with a complex cross functional business model.


Responsibilities

  • Provides technical services and techniques that enhance our ability to provide effective online applications, metrics, and reports that help the business achieve corporate initiatives and objectives. Provides guidance and decision-making role on large scale projects. Works independently and cross-functionally to develop and/or advise how to design applications and operational processes that effectively meet business requirements.
  • Provides subject matter expertise on multiple systems supporting various teams across functional areas. Develops and communicates documentation and/or training.
  • Works with business stakeholders to secure business requirements for field requests related to ongoing operational processes and application support of enhancements, updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Utilizes advanced Microsoft Office skills and tools to perform data exports, imports, and analyses. Develops and executes queries and provides support to team members.
  • Performs UAT functions for new technical solutions.
  • Performs research to identify, test, validate, and select technology products or code that achieves a sound solution.
  • Acts as subject matter expert and mentors those with less experience.


Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) or equivalent experience, required.
  • 5+ years of related experience, required.
  • 9+ years of related experience, preferred.
  • Strong industry knowledge and an understanding of cross-functional technical aspects of systems supporting multiple clients and business processes.
  • Expert interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence various teams and leaders.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application design and operational requirements.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to participate as a key contributor on project teams in analyzing, recommending, and implementing operational and system solutions.
  • Strong operational process business knowledge and skills with the ability to support specific business units.
  • Ability to travel less than 5% of the time.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required.
  • Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses, as needed.
