About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Director of Supply Chain to lead our operations and drive strategic initiatives. As a key leader, you will optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction across our supply chain. This role is crucial in shaping our strategy and supporting organizational growth and success.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business goals to gain a competitive edge.

Collaborate with senior management to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets for supply chain performance.

Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Procurement And Supplier Management

Oversee procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.

Cultivate strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

Implement best practices for supplier performance evaluation, risk management, and compliance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with internal stakeholders (sales, operations, finance, marketing) to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.

Foster communication and collaboration to resolve supply chain issues and enhance efficiency.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.

Logistics And Distribution

Manage transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.

Evaluate and optimize logistics networks to improve speed-to-market and reduce lead times.

Implement logistics tracking systems for real-time monitoring and decision-making.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, demonstrating a track record of operational excellence.

Strong leadership skills with strategic planning expertise to drive business growth and profitability.

Deep understanding of supply chain principles, best practices, and emerging trends.

Proficiency in supply chain technologies such as ERP systems, WMS, TMS, and analytics tools.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of making data-driven decisions.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and influence stakeholders.

Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
