Senior Plant Manager

Senior Plant Manager – Competitive Salary – Rocky Mount, Virginia

Your Role:

• Take charge of the day-to-day operations at our high-volume, 24x5 manufacturing facility, reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Operations.
• Collaborate closely with teams across Human Resources, Safety, Quality, R&D, and more to strengthen the Marvin-Essential brand.
• Foster a culture that values every team member, using your leadership to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute strategies backed by data to benefit the company, associates, and customers alike.
• Ensure clear communication throughout the plant to align everyone with annual goals and progress.

You're a Good Fit If You Have:

• 10+ years of Plant Management experience or similar, ideally in a senior operations role.
• Experience in managing highly configurable products in a made-to-order environment is preferred.
• Proven success is promoting an engaged workforce, reducing manufacturing cost, improving plant efficiency, safety, quality and customer deliveries.
• A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Exceptional skills in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, and Project Management.
• Proficiency in MRP systems and MS Office suite.
• A history of servant leadership with exceptional coaching abilities.
