As a developing team, we’re looking for a self-starting Senior Project Manager that owns, drives, and delivers projects end-to-end. Responsibilities include owning all internal delivery and timelines for branded programs, managing documentation, drafting and providing visibility into project schedules while facilitating the company's efficiency and efficacy. You will be expected to have your thinking cap on at all times, monitor workflows, make tradeoff decisions, and ensure a shared understanding of project goals & priorities between teams. You thrive in and bring clarity to ambiguity and easily manage priorities as company goals and undertakings evolve.

You will:
• Be responsible for establishing timelines for experiences across multiple products.
• Own creation and management of detailed project plans; complete with dependencies, owners, deadlines and duration.
• Drive issues to resolution and remove blockers through partnerships and creative problem solving.
• Responsible for understanding and evaluating the product lifecycle and making recommendations on how it can be improved.
• Responsible for keeping key partners up-to-date on the progress of projects, risks and issues in a timely manner, and driving the team to completion of deliverables.
• Create and deliver dashboard reporting and overview of project status
• Capable of working fully remote across multiple time zones but still maintain ownership of your projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management, Business or related field
• 7+ year’s project management or relevant experience. Managed varying degrees of complex experience in an agency, media company or production environment within esports or gaming
• Must have strong organizational, project management, and planning skills with the ability to work under urgent, tight deadlines with frequent interruptions and to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Standard PM tools: Jira, Slack, Asana, work breakdowns, etc.
• Must have an affinity for online gaming, especially Roblox, Fortnite and Minecraft
