We're shaking up senior care with a fresh approach at Sage Eldercare Solutions. Forget stuffy offices and rigid rules - we're a fast-paced, close-knit group who support each other and get creative to help our clients thrive.

Since 2001, we've made it our goal to enhance quality of life through understanding clients' unique needs. Our team of nurses, social workers, and gerontologists act as advocates, counselors, and problem solvers to address physical, social, and emotional well-being. We have art, music, and recreational therapists who enrich the quality of our clients' lives. We also have care providers who bring tremendous passion and attention to detail.

We’re seeking an experienced, hands-on recruiting leader to join our team as a player/coach. In this critical role, you’ll flex your full-cycle recruiting skills while mentoring and inspiring a team of three recruiters. • Conduct creative sourcing to build diverse pipelines, leveraging tools like SeekOut and Gem
  • Coach and develop a team of recruiters to maximize performance.

  • A super organized recruiter who uses your best practices and quickly delivers great candidate experiences
  • Data-driven mindset and ability to derive and present recruiting insights
  • Team player who builds relationships company-wide
  • Committed to continuous learning and staying on the cutting edge of recruiting
  • Creative problem-solver who has demonstrated successful change management
  • Knowledge of recruiting best practices, regulations, and compliance
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
