Role Description

This is a remote role for a Senior Recruitment Manager, ultimately running a "full-desk" bringing in both Contract and Permanent search orders. Working on the recruitment side is not required if you have a strong aptitude and performance on the Sales side. We are looking for those with strong tactical training that can strengthen the polish of our brand in the marketplace, and provide ample opportunity for the team at large. We don't micromanage, we don't count calls, we are all running our own desks as adults. Our team works on a 1099 basis under our own business entities, and leverages the larger team and resources to maximize income and create a meaningful working environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of immediately recent Agency recruitment experience required. The ability to come in quickly building clientele is important.
• Confidence to bill $200K+ in your first year
• Experience recruiting in a variety of verticals preferred
• Experience leading an agency recruiting team or building a branch is a big plus
• Attention to detail in logging business activities in the system
• Growth-minded and open-minded - willing to learn new tricks and help us stay on the forefront of innovation

• Maximize income - No more flipping clients. If you bring a client in, you own it. You can manage Contract and Perm orders. You can manage any vertical of search (Legal, Tech, A&F, etc.) and still retain the client side commission
