We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented regional sales head to developing a solid pipeline of energy/electricity in the USA.
Key Responsibilities:
According to the overall planning of the group, formulate a work plan for expanding the new energy market in the USA.
Leading sales creative solutions together with the product lines.
Staying close to industry and government trends and discovering the sources of
project funding and identifying key partnerships and alliances.
Comprehensively and thoroughly understand the needs and expectations of users, translate them into a user requirements analysis report or user requirements specification.
Delivering an order plan by managing complex commercial and technical sales processes through involving client and internal stakeholders
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree, English speaker.
Five or more years of work experience in a related field – e.g. photovoltaic, energy storage, electronic, hydrogen energy, etc.
Display the ability to take ownership, execute and shape results in a global matrix organization.
Have a broad and intimate network in the Energy and/or Industrial market in the Americas.
Possess ability to close complex deals / business agreements.
Demonstrate written, verbal and presentation skills including communicating.
complex technical content to a range of audiences and leadership team members.
