About the Role: As a Supply Chain Manager at H3X, you will oversee and optimize our supply chain processes to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and timely production and delivery of our products. You will collaborate closely with various departments including engineering, manufacturing, and logistics to coordinate on procurement, manage Bill of Materials (BOM) for all products, and help deliver on production goals to meet company objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
  • Procurement/Buying: Conduct purchasing activities, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely procurement of materials. Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials, managing the procurement process from requisition to payment.
  • BOM Management: Develop and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and cost data for all products. This is critical for pricing of the products.
  • Quoting: Obtain and evaluate quotes from suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and quality standards. Prepare cost analyses and reports for decision-making.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity and resilience.
  • Presentations to Leadership: Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership. Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.


Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years in supply chain management, preferably in a high-growth startup or tech company.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Datum procurement software
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in the industry.
