Senior Vice President

RSP Group is collaborating with a leading national Top ENR General Contractor, currently experiencing significant growth. With a robust pipeline in the Data Center sector, they are seeking a Senior Vice President to drive the expansion of their national Mission Critical business unit.

Location: Flexible throughout the US and will require frequent travel.

Client Overview:

• Top ENR across sectors including Mission Critical, Life Science and Manufacturing.
• Typical projects are around $200M, with several exceeding $1Bn.
• Boasting a multi-billion-dollar backlog of Data Center projects across the U.S.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a $500M+ construction program.
• Manage P&Ls exceeding $10M.
• Achieve business objectives and develop growth strategies annually.
• Facilitate business development to expand the client network.
• Lead strategic initiatives and develop go-to-market strategies.
• Manage large, cross-functional teams.
• Coach and support team members with assigned tasks.
• Ensure the overall performance of all construction projects and contracts within the division.

Profile Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading large Data Center construction programs.
• A minimum of 15 years in the Construction market, with Data Center experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Ability to embrace innovative and new construction technologies.
• Capability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
