Your Role as a Vice President
As a Vice President, you will be vital in delivering comprehensive services to our high-profile clients. Your responsibilities will include supporting the management functions of our Senior Vice President and Regional Director, expanding client relationships, and providing leadership to advisor teams to ensure top-tier service aligned with client financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
Service a designated number of clients, meeting their financial needs
Generate business through referral networks, marketing initiatives, and client referrals
Maintain and expand the assigned territory in the referral network
Assess, monitor, and report key business indicators to senior management
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client relationships
Document client interactions in our contact management system
Contribute to firm initiatives focused on service development, relationship building, and business development
Qualifications Required
Bachelor's degree in a business-related major
Minimum of 5-10 years of relationship management/sales experience in financial services
Certified Financial Planner designation
Strong knowledge of financial, investment, and risk management concepts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated leadership capabilities
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a deadline-oriented environment
