Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience with ServiceNow platform, including architecture, design, and implementation.
  • ServiceNow Certified required
  • Extensive experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, SecOps, and other ServiceNow modules.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage technical teams and projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
