Responsibilities

  • Work Management sales leader for the AMER Solution Sales Executive (SSE) team
  • Hire and grow top performing SSEs with a center of excellence contribution to strategic emerging motions including Jira, Confluence, and Loom cloud expansion
  • Partner with WM marketing, product, and enablement on customer feedback and market themes
  • Testing and feedback loops with the team on strategic emerging motions like Teamwork Foundations
  • Close partnership with EDR leadership and Analytics for top of funnel pipeline health, along with pipe gen accountability for the overlay sales team

To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $196,100 - $261,400

Zone B: $176,500 - $235,300

Zone C: $162,700 - $217,000

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
