Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Creative Producer to join their team and work in the events industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creative concepting, development, and production, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

The company has been rated one of the fastest growing companies in 2021 and 2022. And last year, they were named one of the healthiest places to work! They specialize in strategic content, producing and creating videos, events and other visual experiences. Their scope of work

ranges from online streaming, live event production and programming.

This role is hybrid (2 days remote) in Atlanta, but they are open to hiring someone remotely for the right candidate. The first 90 days will be heavy onsite for training and on-boarding.

Sr. Creative Producer Responsibilities:

  • Lead the advancement of creative deliverables for events
  • Collaborate with Account Directors and Creative Directors to develop creative elements for events
  • Work with Production Directors to ensure creative deliverables are of high quality
  • Responsible for specific creative elements for different event pods
  • Build and maintain relationships with contractors and clients
  • Oversee and develop key contractors
  • Attend client meetings and pitch creative concepts and ideas alongside Account Directors
  • Translate client objectives into clear creative strategies
  • Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling event experiences
  • Communicate production design details and creative vision to the Creative Services Team
  • Utilize current and emerging tools in AI for prompt creation

Creative Development Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute event videos, openers, event look and feel, set design, and run of show based on the company's Storytelling Methodology
  • Provide creative production direction for video elements related to events
  • Work with the team to ensure all deadlines are met according to the timeline

Event Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all video and performance deliverables align with the set design
  • Ensure hosting content follows the overall creative vision
  • Ensure content meets the highest creative standards and achieves the client's vision
  • Represent the company on set and at events

Post Production Responsibilities:

  • Review screenings to ensure they follow the storytelling methodology
  • Review screenings to ensure they align with brand guidelines and the content pitched to the client
  • Review client feedback and advise on best approach for refinements
  • Work with editors and/or animators to complete projects by selecting music, hiring voiceover talent, and working with graphic designers

Senior Creative Producer:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) required
  • Minimum 4 years of agency experience or similar experience
  • Live event production and/or professional film set experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Budget management experience
  • Must have experience in Google Sheets or Excel
