Expected salary range of $99,000 to $110,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

Responsibilities:

Primary Purpose Of Position

This is a remote position as a Sr. Systems Administrator supporting Business Applications for Constellation's Commercial & Digital portfolios. Candidate will possess the experience and skills to support and maintain key Business Applications in a role within the Constellation IT organization by providing operational technical insights to stakeholders regarding IT system solutions being deployed within the enterprise environment. Provide technical knowledge and expertise to support delivery and maintenance of IT solutions. Partner with IT teams across the organization and business personnel to select or innovate technology solutions by weighing the advantages of technology standards, risks, and benefits to meet business / IT needs.

Primary Duties And Accountabilities

Perform Application deployments into production environments following Sarbanes-Oxley guidelines using Azure DevOps tools. Support Application production environments and interface with application developers to respond to issues and answer questions.

When on call as part of a team rotation, respond to needs or perform tasks after hours or on weekends

Support projects, planning, maintenance and operations. Consults and advises leadership, project teams, application/service support teams and end users to optimize availability and performance analysis for potential changes related to Business Applications. Provide technical expertise and guidance for maintaining performance and reliability of key IT solutions.

Work closely with leadership and the team to develop future improvement plans, resource requirements, migrations strategies, and project schedules to improve service delivery and efficiency. Understand other technologies and service offerings and their impact to the delivery of Application services.

Establish evaluation, testing, lab and mockup solutions as needed. Serve as a senior resource and mentor in assigned daily support and deployments to operations and ensure solutions meet business requirements and established metrics (SLAs). Responsible for operating and maintaining complex solutions at the component level, including hands-on configuration, leading troubleshooting efforts and optimization of metrics for Application services.

Provide feedback and guidance to leadership and peers to risks identified during business impact analysis, site risk assessments and disaster recovery planning.

Maintain technical knowledge and business acumen within our own discipline or function.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors Degree (Computer Science or related field) and 5 8 years' experience (IT infrastructure support, application support) or 9 12 years equivalent job experience.

Demonstrated consulting, presentation, and project management skills.

Demonstrated expert proficiency in at least two operational domains such as storage, compute, database, collaboration, application design and server support (Wintel/Linux).

Ability to travel domestically.

24/7 on-call rotational duties
