Reporting to: AVP, RCG


LTIMindtree is seeking a high-energy, self-motivated professional with sound business insight and growth instincts to manage a portfolio of accounts in the Retail & Consumer Goods (RCG) Business Unit. The Strategic Account Director is accountable for growth, relationship strength and overall performance of the large Fortune RCG account/s This role will be responsible for growing and expanding senior level client relationships, upselling within the account, managing teams across multiple geographies, customer satisfaction and the overall client relationship.

RCG Account Director for Data/Digital


Role Description:

osition is open for Account Director role for managing relationship with a marquee CPG company, with focus on data analytics and digital experience.


Role Requirements:


1) 5-10 years of experience of working in IT space in a global environment set-up


2) Experience in in CPG/FMCG space and deep understanding of CPG value chain


3) Experience in leading discussions and good understanding of D&A – across Big Data, Analytics, AI/ML etc.


4) Appreciation of B2C/B2B/B2E domains and understanding Digital Marketing/Digital Commerce/Campaigns/Media etc.


5) Experience in Account Mining activities i.e. pursuit management, client relationship management, cross-sell/up-sell etc.


6) Experience in owning P&L of a portfolio and pro-actively pitching our services/capabilities in white spaces


7) Experience in pre-sales activities i.e. proposal creation, value articulation, customer presentation


8) Handling client escalations and working with project execution team on resolution


9) Self-starter, passionate and collaborative


Portfolio size: $15mn+


Education

Relevant degree required.


Pay Range:


Base Salary :$155,000 per annum to $225,000 per annum; Full-time; Mid-Senior level a plus.


In addition, we offer a bonus which is dependent on achievement of targets by the role holder as well as the organization.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
