What You'll Do
Lead the sourcing and procurement processes across our organization, focusing on Construction, Building Products, and Consumables.
Drive negotiations to secure the best pricing and value for products and services efficiently and cost-effectively.
Develop and nurture strong vendor relationships, ensuring our supply chain meets our business goals.
Evaluate market trends and vendors to ensure optimal product availability and quality.
Collaborate across teams to establish transparent procurement processes and achieve organizational goals.
Contribute to the development of procurement standards and best practices.

What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
8-10 years of experience in Construction & Building Products category management.
Strong negotiation, project management, and communication skills.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Knowledge of procurement and supply chain fundamentals.
