We are currently supporting a leading Independent Power Producer (IPP) in North America.
They are seeking to grow their leadership team and are recruiting a Director of Supply
Chain. This role will oversee the company’s technology solutions in supply chain and enterprise
asset management, enhancing current processes and spearheading digital transformation
initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have robust technical and functional proficiency across key
business domains such as demand management, supply management, inventory, fulfilment,
warehousing, master data management, and asset lifecycle management. The ideal candidate
will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and process designers to
optimise and revamp existing business processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, information systems, or related field
Experience in managing large-scale ERP-led enterprise transformational implementations
Manage the hands-on configuration in Oracle Cloud Supply Chain, CX, and other modules
Comprehensive understanding and experience in supply chain and enterprise asset management processes.
Demonstrated expertise in transitioning complex ERP platforms across technologies, including handling intricate data conversion requirements.
5+ years of management and project management experience, overseeing large teams comprising both direct reports and consultants.
Over 5 + years in software systems or architecture development and delivery.
Proficiency in Waterfall and Agile methodologies, processes, and tools
5-10 years of experience managing medium to large-sized teams comprising direct reports and a mix of onshore and offshore consulting resources.
Proven ability to build and lead highly effective, motivated, and productive teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities, including translating requirements and facilitating communication among business partners, technical and non-technical team members.
Experience in leading change initiatives through metrics-driven leadership and managing multiple complex projects with competing needs and resource requirements.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical ideas in a clear and business-friendly manner.
Knowledge of the renewable energy industry would be advantageous.
Ability to travel within the U.S.
