What You'll Do
Leadership and Management:
Lead supply chain operations across our Atlanta and remote sites.
Mentor and coach a diverse team of Warehouse Managers, Supervisors, and Associates.
Oversee Customer Service Department operations, ensuring seamless support across locations.
Strategic Planning And Execution
Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Optimize inventory management and distribution processes to meet customer demands effectively.
Align supply chain operations with overall business objectives.
Operational Excellence
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance supply chain performance.
ERP And Technology
Utilize ERP systems to streamline supply chain operations.
Lead integration and optimization of supply chain technology solutions.
Collaboration And Communication
Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, and product development.
