Supply Chain Manager - Remote | WFH

We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Manager. In this role, you'll take charge of Inventory and Maintenance operations, playing a pivotal role in our daily operations and future growth.

Responsibilities

Inventory Control: Manage daily cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory levels. Handle obsolete inventory and coordinate annual audits.

Plant Maintenance Management: Oversee all plant maintenance activities, including both preventative and corrective measures. Coordinate tasks with external contractors.

Safety Initiatives: Lead and actively participate in safety committee activities. Promote a culture of safety and compliance.

Business Development: Drive efforts to expand our cold storage division, focusing on building new customer relationships and meeting sales targets.

Leadership and Operations: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. Develop and document standard operating procedures.

Skills And Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Proven track record in inventory management and plant maintenance, preferably in the food distribution or cold storage industry.

Strong understanding of safety protocols with a proactive approach to leadership.

Familiarity with SAP maintenance modules is a plus.

Excellent communication and leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to drive business development initiatives.
