Position Overview

As a Supply Chain & Operations Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of our operations. From managing daily orders with precision to coordinating inventory and supporting various departments, you'll be at the heart of our mission to revolutionize healthcare.

Responsibilities

Process daily orders with a keen eye for accuracy and compliance.

Handle documentation for inbound and outbound inventory seamlessly.

Collaborate on inventory management, including stock rotation and order fulfillment.

Maintain organized records, prepare insightful reports, and ensure transactions are well-documented.

Communicate effectively across teams to streamline operations.

Provide comprehensive administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or College degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferably experienced in import and export customs clearance.

Strong organizational skills with a knack for multitasking.

Detail-oriented with a focus on precise documentation.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Team player with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.

Fluency in Mandarin is required.
