We are looking for a seasoned sustainability consultant who has experience with LEED® Certification and other third party certification programs to join our growing fully remote team as a (Senior) Project Manager.
Primary Responsibilities
Serve as the client's point of contact for new construction projects in different phases of development
Develop documentation and exhibits to satisfy the specified requirements for those projects
Review product submittals in order to determine compliance with healthy materials requirements
Regularly coordinate with project team architect, contractors, and subcontractors to access information
Attend regular conference calls and satisfy monthly client reporting requirements
Organize, submit, and adjudicate the sustainability close-out documentation
Contribute to once weekly all hands and sustainability team specific meetings
Ideal Qualifications
LEED GA and LEED AP
Guiding Principles Compliance Professional (GBCP)
5-10 years with third party certification program consulting for new construction projects
