HR tech startup looking for a technical co-founder to help build this with.
Ideally, I'm looking for skills, experience, or interest with full-stack development, using data visualization libraries, building data tools, and machine learning recommendations. UI design and building surveys engines are a plus, but not required.
There is currently no pay, but I'm working on acquiring investors. But we need to build an MVP first. Wellfound caps equity to 15% in this job post, but more than likely you will get a significant amount of equity as a founding technical cofounder.
