Hiring a Telephony Project Manager!

Our client is looking for a Telephony Project Manager to join their team for a contract opportunity in Chesterfield, MO! The Project Manager will manage a telephony system replacement.

• Proven Project Manager and demonstrated leader
• Must be a self-starter
• Must be proactive; requiring minimal direction prior to taking action
• Must be able to coordinate the activities of multiple teams and mix of roles to achieve consensus and move tasks forward
• Must be an excellent communicator
• Project management experience with a telephony replacement effort
• Gensys Cloud experience or other popular cloud-based system preferred
• Experience with an outbound dialer
• Knowledge of API processing
• IVR experience a plus
• Experience in a prior Telephony Support role a plus
• Business Analysis experience is a plus
• (capturing and documenting business and technical requirements, process flows, and ensuring traceability)
