The Job:

As a Vice President, you’ll be part of our Global Supply Chain team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to:


  • Develop and implement communication strategy and plans in support of the Global Supply Chain team’s strategies and our overall business objectives.
  • Influence alignment across a complex stakeholder landscape to drive integrated communication solutions.
  • Guide leaders at all levels within the Global Supply Chain to lead with empathy, demonstrate our leadership principles and implement communication rhythms that keep employees connected and engaged.
  • Craft and deploy written and visual communications for key business initiatives tailored to different internal stakeholders.
  • Leverage existing channels and create new channels to enhance employee engagement and collaboration globally.
  • Champion feedback channels to inform communication and leader engagement strategies, including employee surveys, roundtables and change agent networks at the business level.
  • Lead change communication strategies for organizational structure changes, business development projects, and large-scale initiatives focused on our business transformation strategy.
  • Maintain and utilize key measures of success and data-driven metrics to refine communication approaches and actions.
  • Partner with HR and business partners to drive employee engagement in the enabling functions and communicate a succinct and compelling employee value proposition/employer brand.



  • The Person:

    • 15-20+ years of experience in Communications, Marketing or related field, with demonstrated experience leveraging communication tools to support key strategic initiatives.
    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
    • Experience communicating to deskless workers necessary, and within the industrial manufacturing industry preferred.
    • Strategic advisor and superb consulting skills with the proven ability to counsel senior leaders and build relationships throughout the organization.
    • Leader with an innovative, growth mindset who excels at identifying and embedding contemporary tools and practices for communication.
    • Clearly demonstrated writing, editing and storytelling skills with ability to communicate effectively to diverse, global audiences.
    • Ability to translate strategy and concepts into high-impact visual presentations, including PowerPoint, video and social/digital content.
    • Understanding of and experience with leading change management within a corporate environment.
    • Strong project management capabilities, including demonstrated leadership for multiple assignments from conception to completion on deadline and within budget.
    • Exquisite attention to detail; must possess excellent organizational and planning skills.
    • Knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media, including the ability to analyze and action data in this space.
    • Ability to travel as needed (typically 20% of the time).
