We’re looking for a Vice President, Global People Operations to help shape and execute our global people strategy and support our continued growth. You will oversee global HR strategies, policies, and procedures, drive HR operational excellence, foster a high-performance culture, and attract, retain, and develop top talent. What You'll Do


  • Operations: Oversee People operations, including policy development, compliance, visas, employee relations, annual audits, due diligence, special projects, and HR technology systems. Implement efficient processes and systems to streamline People operations and enhance the employee experience.


  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market. Build and maintain a strong employer brand that reflects our company culture and values.


  • Employee Engagement and Culture: Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment where employees feel valued, engaged, and motivated to contribute to the company's success. Lead initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, morale, and retention.


  • Performance Management: Build and manage a performance management process, including regular feedback, talent reviews, and career development planning. Implement tools and processes to support continuous performance improvement and development.


  • Compensation and Benefits: Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent. Ensure compliance, globally with relevant regulations and industry standards.


  • Data: Ensure data accuracy across all HR technology systems, develop, maintain key performance metrics, and partner with Finance to drive accurate headcount planning.


  • Technology: Manage our global HR technology suite: Keka, Deel, and Lever. And support the final stages of our migration from Namely and ADP onto Paylocity.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Required: 5+ years experience with high-growth Series A - Series C startups and distributed global workforce.


  • Must have a "roll up your sleeves and let's get the job done right" type attitude.


  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and operational rigor with a track record of developing and executing HR initiatives aligned with business goals.


  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR operations.


  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, drive change, and foster a collaborative and inclusive culture.


  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.


  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in the technology industry.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


The US base salary range for this role is $225,000 - $260,000, not inclusive of equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by experience, leveling, skills, qualifications and location. The provided range on each job posting details the minimum and maximum across all applicable locations in the United States.
