We specifically focus on the integration of systems related to experience strategy and design, WCM/CMS strategy and implementation, optimization and personalization, marketing automation, CDP and data analytics.
About You
The Vice President of Human Resources (HR VP) is a key member of the executive team, responsible for developing and executing human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. This includes talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, training and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits. The HR VP will also play a crucial role in shaping and sustaining the company culture and ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
Provide strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team, shareholders, and the board of directors.
Lead organizational development initiatives to enhance the company's growth and performance.
Lead benefits administration and compensation, including payroll and annual performance reviews, bonus structure and merit increases.
Talent Management
Oversee talent acquisition and recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
Contractor bench management.
Develop and implement effective succession planning and talent development programs.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Employee Engagement
Cultivate a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
Implement initiatives to enhance employee experience and workplace culture.
Monitor and address employee feedback and concerns through regular surveys and feedback mechanisms.
Performance Management
Design and oversee performance management processes to ensure alignment with business goals.
Implement performance improvement plans and employee recognition programs.
Compensation and Benefits
Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding employee compensation and benefits.
Compliance and Risk Management
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate HR-related risks.
Oversee employee relations and handle complex employee issues and disputes.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
Lead DEI initiatives to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Develop programs and strategies to advance the company's DEI goals.
HR Operations
Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits, lattice (employee review system) and employee input and pulse surveys as well as employee records management.
Continuously improve HR processes and systems for efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
