Executive Vice President of Inpatient Services Opportunity at Camber

Education

  • Master's in a related health field preferred

Licensure/Certification

  • Proven track record in healthcare leadership, financial management, and regulatory compliance

Responsibilities

Reporting and Goals:

  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on progress towards annual goals
  • Develop and oversee operational initiatives with measurable outcomes

Financial Management

  • Assist in the development of annual budgets
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to inform staffing and budget decisions

Performance Metrics

  • Establish and monitor performance metrics
  • Develop business plans and analyze program costs

Resource Allocation:

  • Guide resource allocation based on patient volume and strategic priorities

Quality And Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Lead improvement initiatives and oversee quality and safety standards

Strategic Development

  • Drive growth within the service line
  • Support the professional development of staff members
