BRICK EXECUTIVE SEARCH has exclusively partnered with an emerging Better Sportswear and Dress Company . Founded in 2017 by a celebrity , influencer married couple - the brand has seen a surge that has energized the entire better sportswear landscape. Seen in Bloomingdales, Saks Fifth Avenue, Nordstrom , and Better Specialty stores from coast to coast - the brand is now in need of an experienced VP of Sales who is an expert in the better/contemporary apparel space.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet company objectives
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive sales growth
  • Analyze sales data and market insights to optimize sales performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of sales initiatives
  • Monitor and report on sales activities, performance, and forecasts
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices



REQUIREMENTS:


  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the same or similar industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business plans
  • Achievement-oriented mindset with a focus on driving results
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
