We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Operations to lead our manufacturing operations. As VP of Operations, you will be instrumental in overseeing the entire manufacturing process across multiple factories in North and South America, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance. A key aspect of this role involves leading all supply and demand chain activities, including the importation of products from overseas factories. You will have responsibility for production, quality, logistics, purchasing, and supply chain management. Your strategic vision, leadership prowess, and extensive business acumen will be pivotal in driving our operational success.


Key Responsibilities:


• Provide strategic direction and leadership for all industrial operations.

• Manage manufacturing operations across industrial factories in North and South America.

• Challenge existing practices and identify opportunities to enhance manufacturing processes and optimize plant capacity across the region.

• Develop and implement an efficient demand and supply chain strategy, optimizing inventories and service levels to meet market demands.

• Oversee transformational initiatives and capital expenditures, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

• Establish critical KPIs, monitor progress, and keep key stakeholders informed of operational performance.

• Drive process excellence across all operational functions.

• Identify opportunities for leveraging technology and implementing automation solutions.

• Promote a culture of safety throughout the organization with a "safety first" mindset.


Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.

• Minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience, including 7-10 years in senior leadership roles within operations, with a focus on supply chain and manufacturing.

• Proven track record of leading operational transformation initiatives.

• Strategic thinker with strong financial acumen, experienced in budget management, cost optimization, and financial analysis.

• Demonstrated leadership skills in building, inspiring, and motivating teams to achieve targeted results.

• Comfortable operating within a fast-paced, global, matrix organization.

• Bilingual in English/Spanish is advantageous but not required.

• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, up to 50% of the time.
